I only schedule one full senior session (or two mini sessions) per day, and I always keep a few dates open each week for weather reschedules. So with limited availability, spots fill up fast and far in advance!

Summer Flies By. Don’t Wait!
Between college visits, family vacations, and fall sports starting before school even begins, summer is gone before you know it. That’s why I highly recommend booking your senior pictures early in the summer. This gives us plenty of flexibility for rain dates and ensures we meet your yearbook deadline stress-free.

Cape Cod’s weather can be unpredictable, and last summer was full of rainy days! That’s why booking early is so important – it gives us built-in flexibility for rescheduling if needed. I always keep a few extra dates open each week specifically for rain dates.

If you’re only visiting Cape Cod for a short time, I highly recommend scheduling your senior portrait session early in the week so we have a backup date available later on that week.

We Handle Weather Concerns Together
I’ll be in touch the day before and the day of your session to discuss any potential weather issues. I typically only reschedule for rain or extreme wind. Cloudy days can actually be amazing for portraits! If the forecast is uncertain, we’ll make a final decision together just a few hours before your session.

And here’s a little secret: some of the most breathtaking sunsets happen right after the rain! So we never want to cancel too far in advance. ☀️🌅

I know how important it is to have digital copies of your senior’s portraits, whether for yearbook submissions, printing on your own, or sharing online with family and friends. Here’s how digital images work with your senior portrait order:

Your session fee and retainer do not automatically include digital images, but your order credit can be used toward purchasing them.
If you prefer to DIY your own prints, you can purchase high-resolution, fully edited digital images instead of prints. In most cases, though, it’s not the most budget-friendly option (some packages do include digital images!).
If your school requires a digital image for the yearbook, I’ll submit it for you at no extra charge. One less thing you need to worry about!

Editing & Retouching – Bringing Out Your Best, Naturally!

At your Order Appointment, the images you see will be lightly edited, but once you choose your favorites, they’ll receive full professional, natural retouching to make sure you look your absolute best!

I keep my editing natural and timeless – I won’t over-smooth skin or over-enhance eyes. My goal is for you to still look like YOU, just on your very best day! If you have any special editing requests, I’m always happy to discuss them.

Absolutely! Senior year is a milestone for the whole family, and I know how special it is to have a beautiful family portrait – especially if you’re vacationing on Cape Cod!

To keep things running smoothly and to not take up too much time, I limit family photos to parents and siblings only. For just $35, I’ll extend the session by 15 minutes to include a family portrait.

Booking is easy! When scheduling online, simply check the “Add a Family Portrait” box. If you’d like just the siblings photographed (without parents), there’s a separate checkbox for that too!

We’ll go over outfit ideas and coordination during your session planning appointment to make sure everyone looks great together. This is a perfect and easy chance to capture a moment you’ll cherish forever!

Of course! No need to book separate sessions for each senior (unless you want to!) I can photograph twins or triplets together during the same 1 hour Sunset Session (not mini-session) for just $30 extra per additional senior. Simply check the “Add Someone” box when booking. (This will also extend the session time).

To have enough time to give everyone a variety of photos, I recommend limiting each senior to two outfits, and of course, we’ll capture stunning individual portraits as well as a few special sibling shots together.

This is a perfect way to celebrate their unique personalities while also capturing their bond as siblings. All in one effortless session!
